David Adeleke Foundation Donates N300m to Support Orphanages and Combat Drug Abuse

The David Adeleke Foundation (DAF), which is dedicated to helping underprivileged communities in Nigeria, is pleased to announce another successful year of humanitarian contributions. The Foundation has been committed to its goal of improving the lives of those who are vulnerable ever since it was founded in 2022.

The Foundation plans to donate N300 million to support charitable causes across Nigeria in celebration of another milestone this year. In November 2021, Davido marked his 29th birthday by contributing N250 million to 292 orphanages. Similarly, in July 2023, the musician reportedly donated N237 million to more than 400 orphanages across the country. (NAN)

In a statement issued by the foundation, it was stated that “T’he David Adeleke Foundation remains resolute in its dedication to creating a legacy of compassion and resilience. As we reflect on the progress we’ve made, we look forward to continuing our work to uplift the less privileged and inspire hope in the hearts of all Nigerians.”

DAF is allocating substantial funds to projects that provide innumerable recipients happiness and hope, carrying on its heritage of giving. Donating to orphanages and a charity that assists young people avoid drug abuse and addiction are two examples of this. From supporting disadvantaged communities to assisting grassroots projects, the results of these endeavours demonstrate the enormous influence of kindness and teamwork.
