Assuming you are observing the Stay at home Saturday or probably out of town on vacation and can’t reach the gym, here is a routine which we got off@weightlossforher on Instagram. Follow this to burn some calories and increase your energy.
30 jumping jacks, 5pushups, 25high knees, 7burpees, 10crunches, 7squats, 5pushups, 10crunches, 5pushups, 7squats, 30jumping jacks, 1minute wall sitting, 5 pushups, 25high knees.
Repeat this 3-5times. Not sure what this exercises are, find a picture….
