Easter Sunday was unusual this year. Due to covid19, the Nigerian Government placed a lock down for 14 days which has now been extended to another 14. This meant that everyone was expected to be home. However, being home with all that is going on didn’t stop me from making something special for Easter. I chose Nigerian Fried Rice with mixed veggies and diced liver from Egos Kitchen.
