How To Deal With Acne Caused By Hair Vitamins (Hairfinity)

Picture was taken the last time I took hairfinity and that’s my little bump there.

A friend recently gifted me a bottle of the Hairfinity Hair Vitamins and unlike the last bottle I got, I am determined to take the very last capsule of the product.

So far, I can’t say what differences I have observed with my hair because I was too busy freaking out about the acne that I am developing on my face. I had thought it had something to do with my new baby powder or  the shower gel which I last got in the States but had to purchase a refill in Nigeria or the recent us of oils on my hair to keep the hair healthier. I just got really paranoid until someone called my attention to my last Hairfinity experience where I was also breaking out which made me discontinue the use of the supplement.

Like I said, I am determined to finish this bottle. To make that happen, I did a quick research on why I could be breaking out and what I could do to prevent the escalation of the acne.

Here is what I found out:

According to an article on the Hairfinity site, Hairfinity Hair Vitamins contains Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) which ought to increase the hair growth phase. What many like me do not know is that MSM also enables cells and tissues to detox. In the process of doing that, there is every likelihood for one to break out.

In order to speed up the detox process, it is important that you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (which is sometimes difficult for me). Also, you need to take Vitamin C to speed up the creation and growth of healthy cells. Hairfinity contains Vitamin C but you could supplement that with Vitamin C containing foods like Orange juice, oranges, lemons, tangerines, strawberries, paw paw, cabbage, pineapple, tomatoes, green beans and water melon.

Share any more ideas on Vitamin C containing foods so that others who want a variety can have a longer list to choose from. For me, I will be doing a detox sometime next week and I started out taking pineapples and Paw Paw for lunch. I do not like the taste of the water melon plus its messy nature, so I am going to pass on that.
