Fortunately, we did get a copy of the Infinix Hot S which we used for a few months last year and published several contents around it, affording you the opportunity to experience the device with us. Our experience with the Infinix Hot S is what has helped us to better appreciate the new Infinix S2 Pro especially as we have had a few mails requesting to know the difference between the Hot S and the S2 Pro and why anyone who had the former should consider purchasing the latter.

Let me start by describing the Infinix S2 Pro.
Infinix S2 Pro is a lifestyle device with a dual secondary camera of 8mp and 13mp. The device which has a 5.2″ HD display, also comes with a RAM size of 3GB and an internal memory of 32gb. The battery capacity is 3000mAh and the OS is Android 6.0 marshmallow.

Though we have noticed a few improvements or differences between the Hot S and the S2 Pro, the most prominent of all is the fact that the device comes with a dual front camera- 8mp and 13mp. With the 8mp, you will get your regular selfie that focuses on just you but should you wish to capture the world behind you, the 13mp wide angled camera comes in handy. All you have to do is click the camera option and you can capture everything that you would have captured with a selfie stick.

The design of the Inifinix S2 Pr0 is classier and sleeker than the Hot S. Also, there have been some features embedded to make the experience even more exciting like having to water mark your images with Infinix S2.
What makes the S2 Pro different from the S2?
The device actually comes in 2 types- S2 and the S2 Pro, with the pro being the more advanced version of the series. Asides from the price difference which is to be expected, the significant difference is in the storage.
