It was quite an interesting Sunday as we attended the premiere of Fifty in Nigeria. It was star studded as the cast of the movie pulled a lot of celebrities, stakeholders, the media and movie lovers, who all came out to watch not just the movie but also to hang out with the stars and enjoy a rather relaxing evening made possible by the energetic performances of Waje, Tiwa Savage and King Sunny Ade.
The movie which is an Ebony Life movie, was executively produced by Mo Abudu and featured the story of 4 women played by Iretiola Doyle, Nse Ikpe- Etim, Omoni Eboli and Dakore Egbuson. Directed by Biyi Bandele and produced by Tope Oshin, the movie is one that you want to head down to the cinemas.
Just after the dinner and the movie came the after party which took place at an exclusive Mystique Lounge, where special guests and official sponsors received especial pampering, attention and gifting. Oma already showed off some of the goodies she got via her Instagram page, @oma263- lipstick, perfume, scented candles, shades and so much more.Then there was the music giving us life anchored by DJ Jimmy Jatt.
Some of the dignataries spotted at the event include; Alhaji Lai Mohammed, Mr Rotimi Amaechi, Mrs Toyin Saraki, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Mr Tony Elumelu, Mr Atedo Peterside, Donald Duke, Senator Florence Ita-Giwa, Nkiru Anumudu, Ruth Osime, Mr Tonye Cole, Mrs Bola Adesola, Pastor Paul Adefarasin, Mr Jimi Agbaje and a host of others.
