It is so exciting to pack your things and take a trip to some place, just to get your mind off the hustles of each day. It is even more comforting when you take that trip with someone that you love and then to some place that is off your comfort zone. This affords you the opportunity lets you to learn something new like the Maldives Resort in Kurumba. This is exactly what Vienne and Yemi did. 
Vienne’s birthday was actually around the corner and she had just had an entire power point pitch in her sleep. In her words, “the burn out was real”. We can just imagine how crazy that must have been as her husband decided his wife certainly needed time off…… “Yemi felt that I needed a break and planned a birthday/post honeymoon getaway to Maldives resort, Kurumba. This was to reward me for pushing myself so hard and who am I but to obey accordingly”.
“Maldives is quite a city with various islands but, I cannot take any credit for picking the spot. I just insisted on the closest resort from the Male airport that had a breath taking view from the chalet and really, Kurumba gave me that and so much more”.
From our conversation with Vienne, Google came in handy when certain vital decisions about the place needed to be made. Apparently, this was one of the few times that you see pictures online and then after you experience the place, you are just like “The reviews didn’t even do the Island justice”. That was how Vienne felt after her trip to Maldives resort, Kurumba.
